Agency. We are also currently
contracted with Health
New England, Fallon Health Plan and Health Net (a
Medicaid HMO). As a local
agency we are part of
the community, we are better able to provide quality
individualized care. We are the only
Certified Home Health
Care Agency located in Ludlow MA.

of home care services from Pediatric to Geriatric
population. Our skilled services include IV Therapy,
Diabetic Teaching, Ventilator Care, Tracheotomy
Care, Gastrostomy Care, Ostomy Care, Foley Catheter Care,
Wound Care, Medication Management and Injections,
Post Hospital/Rehab Medical Surgical Care including
Cardiopulmonary Assessment and Teaching, Physical
and Occupational Therapy.
We also provide Private
Duty Care around the clock if requested.
We service Hampden
County and Southern Hampshire County. We have
qualified staff available to meet patient needs upon
